POSITION SUMMARY The Member Services Specialist position is responsible for the comprehensive management and maintenance of member, company, and user account data within the Association Management System (AMS), ensuring accuracy, consistency, integrity, and functionality across all records. This role supports organizational operations by building and maintaining meeting products and registration forms, processing membership transactions, and managing inventory within the CHA Online Store.  Key responsibilities include responding to member inquiries, conducting data audits and system upgrades, and maintaining marketing automation tools. The position also prepares detailed reports on membership composition and engagement, and coordinates organizational processes related to the
