Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is adding a Director of Mission Integration and Spiritual Care to our St John’s Hospital leadership team. This Director role is based in Springfield, IL. This servant leader will focus on ensuring spiritual care and mission integration design, development, implementation and evaluation of programs and activities advance the HSHS mission and embody the values of Catholic healthcare. The Director of Mission Integration and Spiritual Care reports directly to the HSHS System VP Mission Integration and is a collaborative leader comfortable managing within a matrix environment. The ideal candidate possesses a proven track record in leading and developing mission leadership and spiritual care within a Catholic healthcare system.  HSHS is a Catholic
