Position Summary The Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur (SNDdeN) is a Roman Catholic religious congregation whose focus is to make known the Goodness of God, especially among women and children. The Lead Healthcare Coordinator will support Sisters and assist with the medical issues of those living outside of our SNDdeN health facilities in New England. It involves being a support and resource to Sisters, particularly with Sisters receiving a significant medical diagnosis and the possible life changes it may bring. It also entails being a support and a resource person to the community coordinators and advocates in our facilities.
