Job Summary: Director of Mission has full responsibility for the integration of mission and values within the local facility, leads the implementation of mission functions, programs and activities, participates in strategic planning and when appropriate, collaborates with the Church.  Promotes the philosophy of the original founders, supports the VP Mission, Hospital Administrator, Health System CEO, and Sisters of Bon Secours in upholding the Ethical and Religious Directives which guide Catholic healthcare.
