The Workplace Spirituality Coordinator is responsible for evaluating and addressing the spiritual needs of St. Joseph's/Candler co-workers. This position also works closely with departments operating in a setting other than the hospital. The workplace spirituality coordinator will work with co-workers one-on-one and in group settings. This position will be dynamic and will change as needed to support the spiritual needs of the co-workers.
Education:
Advanced Degree in Theology, Divinity, Religious Education, or a related field - Required
Experience:
3-5 Years Pastoral Counseling - Required
