JOB SUMMARY The Director of Member Strategy plays a pivotal role in advancing the strategic priorities of CHA by leading initiatives that enhance member involvement, strengthen relationships, and improve engagement metrics. This position is responsible for leading data-informed decision-making processes to advance member engagement and organizational goals, fostering collaboration across departments, and managing strategic plan updates for the organization.
