Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Director of Mission Integration (DMI), you will be a critical executive leader responsible for fully integrating the organization's mission, vision, values, heritage, ethics, and identity into all aspects of our operations across multiple ministry sites.Every day you will provide executive oversight and leadership for Mission Services (e.g., Spiritual Care, Community Benefit, Ethics). You will collaborate with local Presidents and Mission Contacts to guide all employees as mission integrators, ensuring the inherent vitality of our mission and values. You will serve as a senior executive leader for your assigned sites, reporting directly to the SVP, Mission Integration.
