Salary Details:
Position Pay Range: Starting hourly pay: $29.81 – $37.29 per hour. This position is eligible for overtime. Our organization is committed to fostering a dynamic and inclusive work environment. HOME OFFICE LOCATION St. Louis, MO, with the ability to work from home subject to CHA’s policies on flexible work arrangements.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in computer science, marketing, communications, or equivalent work experience
3–5 years of experience in web content management and digital communications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and meet deadlines
Experience using a website Content Management System/CMS (Sitefinity preferred) and intermediate-level HTML/CSS
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop, and Canva
Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and accessibility standards
Project management skills and ability to recommend proactive content solutions
Familiarity with email distribution platforms (HubSpot preferred) and digital asset management tools
Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) or similar website analytics tools
