OverviewThe Staff Chaplain will assess and respond to the spiritual and emotional needs of patients, their loved ones, and WakeMed staff at WakeBrook Mental Health and Well-Being Hospital. This position will provide spiritual and emotional support for mental health inpatients through regular spirituality groups, interfaith services, short-term counseling, and educational seminars as needed. The Staff Chaplain will conduct the spiritual care in the assigned clinical areas, document in EPIC and related programs or databases, and attend interdisciplinary meetings to collaborate for patient care.
