POSITION PURPOSE   The Spiritual Care Manager (SCM) oversees the delivery of effective Spiritual Care services, manages and coaches the chaplains across the continuum of care within a local community. The Spiritual Care Manager participates directly in the provision of Spiritual Care in proportion to the time available. The Spiritual Care Manager reports to the Director of Spiritual Care within an Administrative Service Area, with a matrixed reporting relationship to the Local Mission Leader.
