The Director of Mission, under the direction of the Market Executive of Mission, provides leadership and strengthens the presence and influence of the mission in the assigned facility, services and activities.  The Director coordinates efforts to ensure the integration of our Catholic identity through Bon Secours Mercy Health Mission’s four key strategic pillars:  Spirituality, Ethics, Catholic Social Teaching and Mission Integration.  The Director serves as a member of the institution’s leadership team collaborating to achieve key priority initiatives and demonstrating leadership culture behaviors.  Directors may have market responsibilities per direction of the Market Executive of Mi
