GENERAL SUMMARY: The role of the Mission Integration, Spiritual Care, and Volunteer Services Supervisor provides support to ensure the successful integration, assessment, and development of Mission. Promotes the organization’s Mission and core values through the integration of the elements of Catholic Identity into hospital’s operations and culture (e.g., strategic planning, policy making, leadership development, budgeting, quality, ethics, education, and new employee orientation).
