This position analyzes, advocates, and produces resources and research related to legislation, regulations, and projects on CHA advocacy priority issues. Responsibilities also include establishing and building ongoing relationships with advocacy groups, coalitions, and/or member affinity groups to establish common policy positions or interests beneficial to the Catholic health ministry and meeting with federal and congressional staff to advocate on these issues.  For all assigned issue areas, this position will help plan and facilitate advocacy events, committee/workgroup meetings, and ministry affinity groups and manage the development and update of member resources.
