Director of Spiritual Care - Ascension Wisconsin

Ascension Wisconsin is seeking a Director of Spiritual Care to join our team in Wisconsin. This position is Partially Remote, and with an expectation of 50% time spent on-site in the various Wisconsin Market ministries.  Candidates must reside within 90 miles of the WI ministries, which are located in Southeastern Wisconsin and the Fox Valley region of Northeastern Wisconsin.  Relocation Assistance, as well as a Sign-On Bonus is available!

The Director of Spiritual Care leads, directs and implements key initiatives, programs, services and priorities within the Mission Integration Spiritual Care Center of Expertise within an Ascension Healthcare subsidiary.  The Director of Spiritual Care provides operational leadership to a continuum of spiritual care services across a ministry market that aligns with the professional standards of chaplaincy; achieves the expectations outlined in the Ascension Striving for Excellence in Spiritual Care; and, upholds Catholic identity as reflected in the Ethical and Religious Directives (ERD #22) for Catholic Health Care Services as a practicing Catholic.
