This position is responsible for providing quality and timely customer service, training, and technical support to end users in St. Louis and Washington DC offices on all business applications and hardware utilized by the end users and the association’s network. Responsibilities include tracking incoming support tickets and calls, troubleshooting and resolving technical and operational issues with hardware, software and user related issues with a primary focus on continuous training and education of staff on software, hardware and related technology.
