Located near the famous bluffs of the Grand Mesa Plateau, Saint Mary's Hospital is a Level II Trauma Center in Grand Junction, Colorado. We are looking for an individual who aligns with our mission, vision and values as the Manager of Mission Integration & Spiritual Care.
The Manager will contribute to the development, implementation and evaluation of programs, activities, measures and resources related to mission, core values, ethics, Catholic identity, formation, and spiritual care, to ensure that the mission of the ministry in communicated effectively and integrated into all aspects of the organization.
This position will manage the operation of all Spiritual Care deliverables and the performance of all procedures in the department to ensure whole person care for our patients, families, and caregivers.
Required: A Master's degree from an accredited University, Seminary or equivalent, and two years of management experience.
In addition, we would prefer: A practicing Catholic with the experience and commitment to advance the ministry of Catholic Healthcare. Board certification by NACC, APC, or other governing organizations that follow the Common Standards of Professional Chaplaincy is preferred.
