The Executive Director is responsible for the efficient operations and overall management and strategic direction of this non-profit facility in accordance with federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations. The Executive Director represents Ave Maria to the broader community and creates a supportive and enjoyable lifestyle for the residents.
