You will bring your body, mind, heart, and spirit to your work as a Manager of Spiritual Care and Mission Integration at Saint Joseph Hospital in Denver, Colorado with responsibilities that include:
Managing the operation of all Spiritual Care staffing and deliverables.
Engaging caregivers in the understanding and application of mission, values, and core commitments of our collective and local identity in the pursuit of organizational goals.
Providing facilitation of formation programs and Catholic mission orientation for caregivers.
Working effectively with departments, leaders, and caregivers across the care site to integrate and advance Spiritual Care and Mission Integration.
Providing ongoing, direct Spiritual Care support for patients, families, and caregivers to ensure continuity, coverage, and consistency.
Participating in the Ethics Committee and on-call rotation.
Required:
Master's Degree from an accredited University, Seminary or equivalent,
Four units of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE)
A minimum of two years of management experience
Preferred: Board certification by the NACC or APC, and five years of healthcare chaplain experience. Strong preference for a participating member of the Catholic faith.
