The staff chaplain plays a key role in the healthcare setting addressing the spiritual, emotional, and psychosocial needs of patients, families, and staff. Maintains high standard of excellence and demonstrates commitment to the philosophy and mission of CHRISTUS Health working through the values of compassion, dignity, excellence, integrity, and compassion. Works cooperatively with colleagues through processes of team planning and shares the work of the department. A minimum of one year experience in chaplaincy or a related field. Certification or Certification eligible: NACC or ACPE. Comparable professional certification paths considered. Position #1         Nights - Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday 9:30pm to 8:00am Position #2         Days - 10:00am – 6:30pm
