The ideal candidate will have hospital pastoral care experience, knowledge of the ethical and religious directives for Catholic Healthcare, possesses a minimum of a master’s degree and has either the NACC or APC Certifications. Additionally, the ideal person will have experience leading others as this role has 32 direct reports, with responsibility for the Accredited CPE program, and will be a Catholic in good standing.
