We are a multi-hospital, community Catholic health system employing more than 10,000 employees. In additional to our community focus, St. Elizabeth Healthcare is home to a Family Medicine Residency Program and has a partnership with the University of Kentucky and Northern Kentucky University for a local Medical School. The ideal candidate will have hospital pastoral care experience, knowledge of the ethical and religious directives for Catholic Healthcare, possesses a minimum of a master’s degree and has either the NACC or APC Certifications. Additionally, the ideal person will have experience leading others as this role has 32 direct reports, with responsibility for the Accredited CPE program, and will be a Catholic in good standing.
